Convent was founded in 2005 by Mads Langaard Lund as a private investment company and specialised M&A boutique to offer unrivalled experience for executing M&A in the Nordic region.

Mads Langaard Lund has previous working experience with Aker and Investment Banking with Kleinwort Benson in London, Carnegie and PWC in Oslo and was in addition co – founder of the investment company Icon Capital. He holds a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Business and Administration (BI), MBA from Strathclyde Business School and post graduate studies at Oxford University in Economics. He has also been previously Honorary Consul.
